Leadership has never been just a title to me. It has been a responsibility.

For more than 17 years, I served in school and district-level leadership, culminating in my roles as a Director of Secondary and Career Technical Education, Director of Church Administration, and Career Counselor. I led people, developed teams, managed complex systems, navigated change, solved problems, and helped organizations turn vision into action.

I do not want to tell you what good leadership looks like.

I want to help you build it.

WHAT I LEARNED…

Organizations do not struggle simply because people do not work hard.

They struggle when alignment is missing,

  • I have seen vision without systems.

  • I have seen talented people become frustrated when expectations are not clear.

  • I have watched teams become disconnected when communication breaks down.

  • And I have also experienced the incredible transformation that happens when leaders become intentional about developing people, strengthening culture, and getting everyone moving in the same direction.

I believe every organization has the potential to become healthier, stronger, and more effective-but that transformation begins with leadership.


That is why I created 2LeadWell, Inc.—to partner with leaders and organizations to uncover what is beneath the surface, develop the people, strengthen the systems, and create alignment that produces sustainable results.

My leadership journey has spanned education, administration, leadership development, and church ministry. Each environment has shaped my belief that healthy leadership and healthy systems do not compete with purpose- they help purpose become sustainable.
